Dr. Alyssa Erdmann grew up just outside a small town of 1,600 people, spending her childhood on a dairy farm as the oldest of four siblings. With a deep appreciation for both art and science, her path to dentistry was born out of the realization that she could combine creativity and healthcare in a way that truly changes lives. After initially considering medicine, shadowing experiences led her to discover that dentistry offered the perfect blend of hands-on precision and personal connection she was looking for.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and went on to complete her dental degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Since then, Dr. Erdmann has focused her career on continuously learning and perfecting her craft. She is trained by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, is a certified Invisalign provider, and continues her education through Spear—one of the most respected institutions in advanced dental training.

With a love for smile design, cosmetic cases, and minimally invasive techniques, Dr. Erdmann is known for her eye for detail and her approachable nature. Her goal is for every patient to feel seen, heard, and truly cared for—from the initial consultation to the final result. Whether she’s placing a crown, guiding an Invisalign journey, or enhancing facial esthetics with Botox, Dr. Erdmann’s goal is always the same: to help patients look and feel their best with results that are natural and beautiful.

She believes that great dentistry is about creating a place where patients feel at home and return year after year because they want to, not because their insurance says they have to. Dr. Erdmann dreams of Omaha Smile Co. becoming more than just a dental office; she hopes it’s a space that reflects her passion for care, joy, and growth in a rapidly evolving field.

Outside the office, Dr. Erdmann enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, reading, and snow and water skiing. She can’t wait to meet you soon!
